The world’s highest mountain, Mt. Nominated as the seventh best tourist destination, the top of the world ranks second biggest tourist destination after Annapurna circuit trek. Five of the world’s 10 highest peaks, including Mt. Everest presides over this region of enormous geographical and cultural contrast. The increasing desire to view the everest follows several trails, valleys and ridges. Either you will start your journey from Jiri or Lukla, still the choices are plentiful. The Jiri-walk-in-follows the classic route that all everest mountaineers and trekkers had to take before it was possible to fly to Lukla. Whichever way you carry, rural life unchanged for century, surrounds you, ancient gompas and monasteries will unfold its history of Tibetan tradition with magnificent mountains in the backdrop and the rumor of yeti will still be heard. Namche very often heard while talking about the Everest, is the world’s highest market place situated at an elevation of 3450m, from where serious scenery starts. The irrepressible sherpas or the highlander are the native people of this region including some other ethnic grops. While these people are famous for mountaineering, anna Dablam, Chototse, Cho Dyu, Chotse, Makalu, the Everest and may other grand peaks demand challenge and respect.
